LONDON, ON — The 11th annual Airshow London SkyDrive opened Friday afternoon at London International Airport, drawing tens of thousands of aviation enthusiasts for a three-day celebration of military aerospace capability.
Voted North America's best air show for multiple consecutive years, the 2026 edition features headline performances by the Canadian Forces Snowbirds, the USAF F-22 Raptor Demonstration Team, and the CF-18 Hornet National Demo Jet.
"Airshow London brings the community together while showcasing the elite precision, skill, and technology of Canadian and allied aviators," said Airshow London Director Jim Graham. Over 80 historic and modern tactical airframes are featured across extensive drive-in viewing tarmac zones.
Municipal tourism authorities in London estimate the weekend event will generate more than $12 million in regional economic activity for local hospitality, retail, and transportation sectors.
