World-class comprehensive cancer care facility delivers advanced radiation therapy and clinical trial beds in Calgary.
CALGARY, Alta. — Premier Danielle Smith joined clinical oncologists at the Arthur J.E. Child Comprehensive Cancer Centre to commemorate its full clinical operational rollout.
The $1.4 billion facility integrates outpatient clinics, 160 inpatient beds, 12 radiation vaults, and precision immunotherapy research suites under one roof.
"This centre stands as a beacon of hope and world-class care for patients and families across Alberta," Premier Smith said.
Researchers on-site have enrolled over 200 patients in novel clinical oncology trials.
