VICTORIA, B.C. — Premier David Eby announced key ministerial realignments within the British Columbia cabinet on Friday, ensuring steady governance across provincial healthcare and economic portfolios.
Josie Osborne will serve as Minister of Finance, while Ravi Kahlon transitions to lead the Ministry of Health. Energy Minister Adrian Dix will temporarily support the Jobs portfolio during Brenda Bailey's medical leave.
"Our thoughts are with Brenda Bailey as she begins treatment with the full support of our caucus," Premier Eby stated in Victoria.
Eby affirmed that capital healthcare investments, family doctor recruitment, and housing programs will proceed on schedule.
