ALBANY, NY — Federal law enforcement authorities arrested 35-year-old Albany resident Jessica Bowie on Thursday evening, unsealing a federal criminal complaint charging her with attempting to provide material support to a designated foreign terrorist organization (18 U.S.C. § 2339B) in connection with an alleged plot to detonate explosive devices at the New York State Capitol.
