SURREY, B.C. — Surrey-Guildford MLA Garry Begg announced a $12-million provincial grant to optimize transit signal priority and install sheltered rapid bus stations along 104th Avenue.
"Thousands of workers and students rely on 104th Avenue every day. These upgrades will cut transit travel times significantly," Begg stated.
TransLink confirmed that 15 new battery-electric articulated buses will begin servicing the corridor in the autumn.
