LA Metro introduces zero-emission 60-foot articulated buses with dedicated center-running lanes along North Hollywood.
LOS ANGELES, Calif. — Mayor Karen Bass and LA Metro board members cut the ribbon on the new North Hollywood-to-Pasadena Bus Rapid Transit corridor, providing fast, zero-emission transit across the Valley.
The line features signal prioritization, off-board payment kiosks, and protected bike paths alongside the transit right-of-way.
"This line connects communities across the Valley and San Gabriel region with clean, fast, and reliable transit," Mayor Bass said.
The project forms a vital piece of Los Angeles' transit modernization ahead of the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
