SURREY, B.C. — Surrey Mayor Brenda Locke and council members have formally submitted a request for provincial administrative review concerning cost allocations for the Surrey Police Service transition.
Mayor Locke emphasized that the municipality requires transparent accounting regarding capital assets, dispatch infrastructure, and vehicle procurement expenses.
"Our duty is to guarantee Surrey residents receive transparent value and uninterrupted public safety services," Locke stated at City Hall.
