OTTAWA, Ont. — Minister of Justice Sean Fraser announced new judicial appointments to provincial superior courts, addressing trial delays in major metropolitan centers.
"A functioning democracy requires timely access to justice for victims and defendants alike," Fraser said in a statement.
The appointees bring extensive experience in commercial arbitration, constitutional litigation, and criminal defense.
