WHITE ROCK, B.C. — Surrey-White Rock MLA Trevor Halford presented a community petition at the Legislature calling for enhanced emergency pediatric nursing resources at Peace Arch Hospital.
"Parents should never have to drive in heavy traffic to Vancouver when their children need urgent pediatric medical care," Halford stated in White Rock.
Halford urged Fraser Health to allocate immediate recruitment funding to support the hospital's emergency department.
