The funding packages provide capital grants to farmer-owned agricultural cooperatives and clean tech manufacturing startups utilizing domestic natural gas, dairy anaerobic digester biogas, and recovered industrial phosphates to manufacture high-grade nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers.
