Salvatore Vetro is a public leader and candidate profile on Choseno. Profile overview: Salvatore is not a career politician. He is a neighbour who has spent decades serving this community. For 25 years he drove a HandyDART van so people with disabilities could get to appointments, work, and family. He helped found the Kitsilano Showers Program, giving homeless neighbours a hot shower, breakfast, clean clothes, and dignity every Saturday for more than 20 years. In 2011 he helped lead the Fight HST campaign—the first time British Columbians used a citizen vote to repeal a law and put money back in families’ pockets. He also spent 20 years building a small business that supported local artists and shops. Now Salvatore is running with OneBC in Vancouver–South Granville to be the people’s voice: lower costs, real help for those who need it, and prosperity for all—not just those already in power. Voters and constituents can review policy stances, submit public ratings, track campaign updates, and leave feedback on Choseno.
